200ml Whipping Cream
50gr Powdered Sugar
50gr Lemon Curd
Firstly, prepare the filling. You will need a large bowl where you will combine the mascarpone, cold whipping cream and powdered sugar. Beat until you obtain a stiff peaks. Then add lemon curd. Combine and set aside. Secondly, you will need to prepare the soak for the ladyfingers layer. To do this, bring the sugar, water and lemon peels to a simmer on the stove. Simmer for about 2 minutes, just until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has reduced slightly. Once the soak has cooled slightly, you are ready to assemble the limoncello tiramisu. To assemble the tiramisu, place the ladyfinger cookies in the soak and layer the bottom of the pan. Spoon on half of the mascarpone mixture and spread it over the ladyfingers and repeat the layers. Lastly, pour the lemon curd on top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
